Enjoy the traditional Finnish cross-country skiing experience with best sights of Sea Lapland. The guide will teach you the basics of skiing during the trip. Locals also go skiing and ice-fishing daily so you might also meet them on the trip!

Price include guiding in English and rental of ski boots, skis and poles. Please note that the organiser only provides skiing equipment so winter / thermal / outdoor clothing required. Operator reserves the right to change the routing and duration due to weather conditions etc.

SKI OR SNOWSHOE RENTAL

Full skiing equipment set(s) or snowshoes delivered to your hotel, accommodation etc. in Sea Lapland area. Test skiing on your own or take longer tour. Visit Sea Lapland outdoor areas like Sauvosaari, Junko, Takajärvi, Kalli or Riekkola area. Also tips available where to go off for skiing or snowshoeing on your nearest location. Skiing and snowshoeing are traditional Finnish ways of going to school and work. Enjoy the pure nature of Lapland. Ski on the sea, snowhike in the forest or glide in on the prepared tracks around Kemi and Tornio-Haparanda. Return the equipment on your accommodation or determined destination.

DOWNHILL SKIING / SLEDGING

Alpine / downhill skiing / downhill sledging possible at Kalli Slalom Center providing options of basic lift tickets and rental packages including skis/board, ski boots, helmet and poles. Also private instructors available for extra charge. Ask for transportation options because no public transportations available to the center. Price include guiding in English, lift ticket and rental of ski boots, skis and poles. Please note that the organiser only provides skiing equipment so winter / thermal / outdoor clothing required.
